Ray Esposito is a native New Yorker and former Director of Sales & Catering at the Douglaston Manor, one of the largest and well-known catering houses in New York City. After vacationing in Las Vegas many times, he packed up several years ago and decided to make the city his home. He kissed the family and cold weather goodbye and began his new journey in Las Vegas.
As former NACE (National Association of Catering Executives) 2005 Caterer of the Year award winner, Ray’s expertise in the food industry spans over a period of more than 35+ years. Together, Ray and his staff have formed a well balanced, successfully run enterprise.
