The Owners

Ray and Barbara Esposito are native New Yorkers who, after vacationing in Las Vegas many times, decided to make the city their home. The packed up 7 years ago, kissed the family and cold weather goodbye and began their new journey.

Ray’s expertise in the food industry spans over a period of more than 25 years. He was a successful Director of Catering at the Douglaston Manor, one of the largest and well known catering houses in New York City. NACE, the National Association of Catering Executives, chose Ray as Caterer of the Year 2005.

Barbara’s career centered around customer service and management. Working in the banking and health industries, she managed a staff of 50+ employees, many of whom she coached and mentored to eventually become supervisors, managers and directors themselves.

Together, Ray and Barbara have formed a well balanced, successfully run enterprise.
